EYE VISTA Hotel Service has already guaranteed your stay in Russia with payment in advance to the hotels of Moscow & St. Petersburg!
EYE VISTA Hotel Service is responsible for your stay in Moscow or St. Petersburg hotels.
You know that we made a reservation for you.
To guarantee the effected booking we already transferred to the Hotel the full amount of money as a payment for your acconmmodation.

We ask you to make the full payment for accommodation and services in advance before the date of arrival by a credit card, a wire transfer or any Rapid Money Systems e.i. Western Union.

Making bank operations please note that you should cover all charges of your, intermediate and Russian banks.
If your payment is delayed or you have made mistakes in payment or travel dates EYE VISTA Hotel Service will cancel your reservations and services and will not take responsibility for your further stay in Russia.
Changes and cancellations of your hotel booking.
All changes or cancellations for Moscow and St. Petersburg hotel booking and services should be sent in a written form by e-mail or Fax to avoid misunderstandings.

For individual reservations not less than 48 hours prior to day of arrival or ordered service cancellations can normally be made without penalty.

For group reservations (up to 5 rooms) not less than 7 days cancellations can normally be made without penalty.
Please note that changes and cancellations for reservations and services which start on Saturday, Sunday, Official Public Holidays or the first working day after that should be strictly done before close of business on the last working day prior to the weekend or national holiday.
In cases of delay sending changes or cancellations to EYE VISTA Hotel Service we will charge the amount equal to the cost of the ordered visa or/and all services or/and the first night of a Hotel accommodation including meals set for that day.
